Detailed Tokenomics

Buyback Mechanism: The buyback process will incorporate a secure bidding mechanism with the following steps:

  1. Submission: Individuals looking to sell their tokens must fill out a form and propose a bid price.

  2. Verification and Burn: If the bid is accepted, the individual must send the corresponding series token amount to a designated burn wallet. Once verified, payment will be made at the bid price.

  3. Priority and Premium: Lower bids will be prioritized, after including the premium pricing. This premium will decrease the perceived bid price by the premium associated with the wallet's Discord status, enabling value-adding investors to submit higher overall bids. The perceived bid price cannot be more than the maximum accepted price.

Price and Valuation: The maximum accepted price per token will be calculated as either the company's valuation divided by the total token supply of all series minus burned tokens or 0.000001% of the company's valuation (e.g., $1 USDT/token at a valuation of $100 million USDT), whichever is greater. This value will be indicated before the token buyback begins.

Profit Allocation: The total gross profit allocated for buybacks will be determined by community vote, ranging from 0% to 50%. The remaining gross profits will be reinvested or used to further the project's goals. The lowest bids will be accepted until the allocated buyback funds are exhausted.

The team will be allocated 5% of the token, which will be locked up on UNXC for a period of 5 years. The 5% tax will be used for marketing and listing or will be burned. It is meant to disincentivize short-term speculative trading and promote long-term holding.
